Rice Paper Roll Platter – Important Disclaimer
Our rice paper rolls are tightly packed with fresh lettuce, mesclun and other vegetables. As time passes, these vegetables naturally expand, which may cause some rolls to slightly open or “pop.” Because of this, we cannot guarantee that every roll will remain perfectly intact or look 100% flawless once they leave our store.
To avoid compromising quality, we do not reduce the amount of vegetables inside the rolls. Please place an order only if you are comfortable with this natural occurrence.
If you prefer a platter that maintains a consistently perfect appearance, we recommend choosing one of our other platter options, as this issue does not occur with those items.

SAME DAY MULTIPLE PLATTER ORDERS:
For same-day platter orders, please kindly note that while it’s very unlikely, if your order includes a large number of platters, we may not be able to accommodate it on short notice. In the rare event this happens, we’ll contact you straight away and issue a full refund.
STORE PICKUP / DELIVERY:
Unfortunately we don't offer any deliveries even for very large catering orders. Only store pickup at Kami Sushi Albany.
TIMINGS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
Please email our store if you would like earlier or later pickup time, our usual earliest pickup time is 9:30am and our latest is 2pm but may be able to cater towards earlier pickup times if required.
We require 48 hours notice before changing or cancelling any orders so please email us as soon as possible if you need any changes or to cancel your order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any changes or refunds to the order if there is less than 48 hours notice.
Please make sure all orders are collected before 3pm (our closing time) or email us ahead of time if you may be late. If the platter is not picked up after multiple attempts (multiple phone calls and email) unfortunately we cannot issue a refund if you do not come to pick up your platter by closing time. Please trust our team will do our best to contact you as reminder.
