SAME DAY MULTIPLE PLATTER ORDERS:
For same-day platter orders, please kindly note that while it’s very unlikely, if your order includes a large number of platters, we may not be able to accommodate it on short notice. In the rare event this happens, we’ll contact you straight away and issue a full refund.
STORE PICKUP / DELIVERY:
Unfortunately we don't offer any deliveries even for very large catering orders. Only store pickup at Kami Sushi Albany.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
We require 48 hours notice before changing or cancelling any orders so please call or email us as soon as possible if you need any changes or to cancel your order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any changes or refunds to the order if there is less than 48 hours notice. Please make sure all orders are collected before 3pm (our closing time) or call us ahead if you may be late.
TIMINGS:
Please email or call our store if you would like earlier or later pickup time, our usual earliest pickup time is 9:30am and our latest is 2:30pm but may be able to cater towards earlier and later pickup times if required.
